The smell of fresh baked ANYTHING is so comforting

I’m talking about food items, not all that other shit y'all are coming up with

A dog's sense of smell is 10,000 to 100,000 times better than ours (depending of the breed). Dogs can detect odors in parts per trillion.

 

Special fried rice has a lovely smell.​

Man, a guy I dated in high school used to wear this. Sometimes I still catch of a whiff of it and it reminds me of him. I also had a friend who would use this specific beard oil, and I catch that scent from time to time. Smells have a unique ability to transport you.

 

I love the smell of old and new books, bacon, fresh bread and root beer! Oh and curry too.

 

The smell of pot takes me back to my army days.

 

and yet, they will stick their nose directly into a steaming pile of shit....
