DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT STORES CARRY OUIJA BOARDS? I'd really like to buy one, but I'm not sure where to look. So, can anyone help me? Thanx

using a ouija board is like leaving your door wide open in the middle of compton at night, you never know who or what can get in!

I have debunked Ouija board users at least 3 times in my profession. I have yet to find reason or proof to believe in such.

And friend of a friend stories do not constitute as evidence.

In a session of tests, I have found all failures and zero successes. This is, of course, under controlled conditions. In an atmosphere which allows for the user to use the board the way they always do, but with a few preventions to prevent fraud.

I've never heard the term "Ouija board users" before.....I've known mediums who use a Ouija board as a communication tool tho'.....that's all it is, nothing special about a piece of wood and a crystal.

wots your proffesion? might be pretty cool to get paid for busting old fortune tellers...

Ouija board users --- my own term for "those who use ouija boards". ;)

I am a show magician and journalist. I really don't get paid for "busting" them, per se, unless I can get a story out of it...

I am skeptic, I admit. But, it is very fun to examine the mysterious.

well, i doubt that they actually contact any spirits or anything like that, it seems to me if a supernatural force wanted to contact you it could find a way to do it on its own. anyway, i think there is -probably- some merit to it being used by a single person keeping their mind completely blank (if they can manage it) to dig deep in their unconscious for answers they already have, whether its based on knowledge, emotions, or intuition. this makes it psychic in that its using your mind, but not "psychic" in terms of common usage. of course the conflict would be making sure the person was not consciously moving it to where he wanted, which would be nearly impossible to detect.

it could, however, be a useful psychological tool to help you reaxamine your thoughts on a situation....if you can manage to use it properly. but then again, it may be pure rubbish.

I have only heard bad things, two stories, the secound much more frightning, involving many deaths, a freakish car accident and a few suicides if i remember correctly.

Yeah, that sounds pretty familiar. Maybe the victims also failed to pass on chain emails?
