Has anyone ever heard the theory that Osama Bin Laden never even existed? The theory goes that America likes putting a face behind the enemy, so people can unite under one common enemy. Osama mysteriously disappears, and then dies out of no where with no leaked photos or videos.. Suspicious

What are your thoughts? I don't particularly believe this, but it was interesting.

He was a bogeyman created by the CIA to be the face of terrorism that has been used and exploited to wage wars and take away people's freedoms. That's not to say he never existed, but nothing we have been told about him is the truth. The fact is the CIA both trained and funded bin Laden, and has done business with the bin Laden family, which has built many of the big US military bases in the Middle East. Bin Laden is nothing more than a convenient enemy created by the US government. He never posed a real threat to America or any other country, and there is not a shred of proof he had anything to do whatsoever with the Sept 11 attacks. The only thing most people know about bin Laden is what the government wants them to know, thanks to the media.

I believe Osama has been dead for a very long time. Probably ten years. Yet for ten years that name was used to instill fear in people so they would go along with all this "war on terror" nonsense that has nothing to do with stopping the terrorism the government itself is responsible for.

Osama bin Laden is nothing more than a government bogeyman used to scare people into getting them to go along with what the government wants. Life in America has radically changed since Sept 11, 2001 because of a big lie.

Rat nailed it more or less. Not sure the OBL was pure contrivance or a convenient foil but my opinion is that he indeed became the face of terrorism... a bogeyman to be used as a public focus in cultivating support for corporate incursions whose real purpose couldn't be further from the sales pitch of fighting terrorism.

He was quite useful in making people feel less secure- which meant that there would be less objection to significantly eroding freedoms under the guise of protecting people from the danger that has likely been purposefully cultivated. The true practitioners of the fine art of terrorism are not the Arab faces paraded before the cowering masses, but the suited oligarchs who use those middle eastern "antagonists" to instill terror in the minds of their own subjects. This diverts the public from its rightful place of vigilance over a government unworthy of any trust and creates support for incremental steps toward totalitarianism under the guise that it is for the purpose of security.

If public security was any sort of priority, the western powers wouldn't be waging economic warfare and terrorism.

Strip away the bullshit and every foreign policy move by western powers is for two inextricably linked purposes: power and money. The sociopath institutions actually running the show- creating the policies are almost certainly not staffed by a single elect3ed official. The so-called government has behaved in a way that leads me to believe that all the debate and legislation is a contrivance to create the impression that we are being governed by who we elect. The sense I get is- akin to OBL being a foreign threat contrivance, our own electoral process is itself a contrivance- whose illusion is enhanced by our participation in it.

Our power is limited to selecting the newest faces of terrorism when the BS propaganda and fictitious villains, like Osama Bin Laden are stripped away... but there's JUST enough fact with him to convince most people to implicitly believe the bullshit that the government feeds them... the hatred for western powers is real- and quite useful to western governments to further the fear necessary to cultivate the "need" for something to be done.

With the end of the cold war the U.S. Government needed someone to replace the Russian Menace and who better than Osama bin Laden. They tried others like Muammar Gaddafi but he backed down after the bombing of Tripoli, Abu Nidal, Ramzi Yousef, Khaled Sheikh Muhammed, but only Osama Bin Laden stepped up to the plate to become the face of terror.

that's almost it, except for the part about "his" organization being rumfield's pet. (not created overnight. remember rummy had TWENTY YEARS to do so, from the time he was raygun's top spook) the possibility is quite real that there was no such person, but it is only a possibility and what is as much or more likely is that he was just as much a tool to certain american interests as were his own fallowers to "him".

Yes and it makes perfect sense as well!

The US creates someone they can "make look like an enemy" as the puppets believe it!

We dont, the ones AWAKE,but most are asleep in this country im afraid and only listen to MSM crap!! (They are uninformed as a result.. Trying to talk to them is useless, they are programmed to only listen to MSM)

MSM - Controlled/Filtered Crap meant to keep people UNAWARE of the reality of things..

The question is who's next? Who will be our next 'Super Villain'? Yes, we are always in need of one to stamp out.

I read this just this morning, and I found it interesting:
