Interesting thing is starting to happen with my wife. The last few times that we were having sex, she has started getting these bad headaches, mostly around the temple above her right eye.

I have noticed that her orgasms are so intense and these headaches start just after she climaxes. Has this happened to any other couples out there.

    Just wondering.

Is she on any meds or contraceptives?

I've never known headaches to start post-orgasm. I do know that a good long period of maintained arousal can reduce cortisol, clear migraine, delay epileptic seizures and much more due to chemicals released in the brain.

If your wife is on meds, could they be interfering with that natural brain process? Worth consulting her doctor.

Oh, I forgot about myself when I replied. Sometimes I would get a very sharp pain up the back of my head during build-up and sometimes so painful, I had to stop. Usually it would also hurt the back of my eye.

Turns out, I needed a trip to the osteopath because one of my back muscles spasmed, apparently caused by poor posture at the computer

I did a google search and sure enough it can happen after a orgasm. It's most common in men then women. She is not on any meds.
