so if i were to order something online and the authorities were to intercept it......do i get arrested or do they just confiscate it and leave me alone?
They would send you a love letter saying that it was illegal and so on blah blah, but you wont get charged unless it is a really large amount.
If you are talking about ordering controlled substances (rx meds that get you f***ed up like xanax, oxy, lortab, adderall, etc), and by chance they do find out they will send a letter saying that they have your meds and to come pick it up at a certain location. If you fall into this trap you will get arrested on felony charges, but if you don't respond to the letter and just live your life, they can't do anything. I'm not 100% sure but i am pretty sure about that
yea they send you a letter telling you to come pick it up, and sometimes they send you a letter telling you someone will be in contact with you from customs, but they never contact you.
