1 orange, 1 T. olive oil, freshly ground black pepper, fresh mint leaves (chopped). Pare orange. Slice across in 1/8-1/4" slices. Arrange slices on salad plate. Sprinkle olive oil over top, then pepper and mint leaves. Chill:30 minutes. Serves: 1 Sapodilla is a small brown fruit, available in winter. You need a very sweet tooth to enjoy these as they are, but they make an excellent addition to fruit salad.
