Opium question

i got a question opium is heroin right ?????

 

I thought that opium was a raw material or something for making herione

 

Wrong. Herion is made from opium. But lots of other things are made from opium: morphine, codeine ... .

 

10% of opium is morphine .....heroin is a form of morphine , its processed in acetic acid which is vinegar without water .....diactylmorphine is heroin

Opium is most certainly NOT heroin. Think of heroin as opium concentrated 100x, though it's got a lot of other nasty cutting agents in it too.
