Opium and acid?

My friend called me up today telling me that he got two grams of white opium (think thats what he said but im not sure) and sell me one for 10 bucks. So im thinking about smoking some of this when trip this thursday to make it a little more intense since i tripped recently last friday. So have any of you smoked opium on acid, o and weed always makes me trip alot harder.

 

i have smoked weed on acid but not opium i have never even smoked it before. Sounds like fun tho. If those 2 are safe to mix u should totaly do it! Weed makes me trip a lot harder 2!

 

Opiates in general are stupid. Nothing good comes out of those drugs.

 

^Yeah, I dont think opiate or stimulate use is good.
If you want to do it, smoke the opium at the end of the trip because it will make you sleepy. This could be good because many people find it hard sleeping after a trip.

 

well ill probably just smoke a small bowl, maybe check again online to see if i can find anyone whos done this. I doubt it'll be a big deal or anything but id like to be sure.

 

I cant say that I've ever smoked Opium while tripping, but the vast
majority of my trips involved at least small doses of
opiates. Morphine and Thebaine deriven chemicals tend
to ease the enxiety brought on by psychedelics, though
the anxiety is typically stronger with mushrooms.
Enhanced euphoria is a definite plus, and taking opiates
after the trip is calmed down is a HUGE plus.
But, I've had some of the best trips on magic mushrooms
as well as LSD mixed with 60+mg's of Morphine, or 80mg's
Oxycontin, even 20-40mg's of vicoden or percocet.
You'll be fine.
But I would try it first, because I have never had white opium.
Opium leaks out of the papaver somniferum poppy pods as
a whiteish latex, but the substance turns black as it is sun dried,
of course after being scraped off, collected, and let out.
I had a friend once claim to have clear opium, and he said it
was decent, but I never tried it and even he never heard of it,
nor did he have any idea HOW it was clear. I wouldnt trust it
to be honest, so try it before you potentialy end up smoking
low grade meth or rocks while on LSD haha

 

Yeah, the opium I have smoked was a darker color. Kind of mushy, and I smoked it while on 5 hits of acid at bonnaroo this year. First we pancaked it and put it on a bowl of bud, then my friend and I decided to smoke it straight. Never heard of white opium though, Relayer is wise.

P.S. I didn't die or freak out, I felt like a peaceful flower. It made some of my friends more lazy, it made me kind of lazy, but fuck it was the middle of the day and we had just seen Ziggy Marley and The Flaming Lips weren't playing until midnight. But, I really really really enjoyed opium.

 

i am kinda worried about it being meth or whatever cause i checked out the opiates forum and alot of people claimed there was no such thing was white opium, but erowid had some pics of it. Well im getting it tonight so ill probably smoke a bowl of it tonight and the rest while i trip. The guy im getting it from has done it alot but never white so i guess tonight we'll know if its the real deal or not.

But say it was low grade meth or rocks how bad you think that would be if i ended up smoking it while tripping?

 

Well, that depends. If it was me back in my drug days,
I could care less. But meth tends to increase paranoia
about, well, a million times or so :tongue: Be very
careful if thats the case, you will know in literally seconds
if its meth, I wouldnt mix it with LSD if you are not
experienced with it.

 

I def. would try it before you do it while tripping. Meth can cause some serious issues. You might consider burning a minute amount of it and wafting the fumes first. If it smells like a flower or delicious, I'd suggest it is opium. If it has a pungent smell, well, let's just say methamphetamine has a VERY DISTINCT smell.

My freinds had some opium awhile back and it was white. I smoked opium about 4 yrs ago and it was black. So take your pick...either way I'd get it.

You should be able to tell by how it smells (unless its different??)

Ive never heard of white opium being real, only tar opium so Im not really sure
But all of the real opium Ive gotten has smelled great

 

Opiates tend to kill off trips, if you're gonna smoking it while tripping wait till the end of the trip.

 

When you say it kills trips madcap are you saying that from personal expierence or just what youve heard?

did you read what relayer had to say?

 

From what I've heard/seen/done. The only time I did an opiate the same time during a trip was only perc near the end but it did seem to numb the trip alot. But also my friends, 2 different opiates here, they were tripping, one shot up heroin, the other blew an OC, both basically killed their trip(they were hoping for what you were, be tripping and feeling great at the same time) and I know people on suboxone(an opiate prescribed to get people off heroin, kind of like methadone but not as addictive) have to take alot more acid to get the desired effects when they're on the suboxones.

To go a bit off topic honestly I think there's a downer/upper difference, cause I've been drunk alot on acid too, and while alcohol does nothing like opiates to kill the effects, I do think it dulls the psychdelic effects a little, on the flip side though I've noticed drinking alot of caffeine seems to increase them, which is why I think next time I dose I'm gonna try to take a low dose of speed too to really test this therory.

Edit: Also I don't mean it will totaly kill the trip, but from experience they do numb the effects in small doses, and in doses enough to get "high" from they do kill off the psychdelic effects enough that you're alot more high then actually you are tripping, but again it's only what I've seen/done.

 

well shit thats a bummer. Hmm ill have to think about if i wanna risk it or not. Well i need to get to class, but how was being drunk while on acid i think the most ive ever had was a beer while tripping.

 

Oh it's great, combine that care free drunk attitude with a headfull of acid, that's the best way I can explain it.

 

I would def. not smoke it until the end of the trip, and maybe not even then depending how you feel. I think I would rather just smoke weed to keep it going for awhile and then smoke the opium the next day or the day after the next day
