Hi, my name is Melody. I was born as a guy and everyone thinks that what I am but I hate it. I am currently closeted and rarely get to be myself comfortable around others. I am looking for some opinions on how I look when I do my makeup. If I am not in the right place to ask please redirect me.
    Thanks in advance :)

you look fine, as in: it will do..

    practice makes perfect..

get a make up table, mirror/ Lights!!! And

take in on and off til your face get sore.. this can be costly ..

go to online makeover to get ideas.. http://www.taaz.com/

I have taken a few more of me fully dressed, they are attached. Thanks for the responses :) For the most part I am just "borrowing" makeup from my mom or sister when no one else is home. I don't know how I'd get a hold of some that I specifically like.

I think you look great. You have fantastic lips.
Just learn to pick your makeup to match your outfit!
Which gets expensive if you wear a variety of colours. Le sigh...welcome to womanhood with that one.

With a bit of practise I think you could pass as GG!
The key is to be reasonable about your boobs.

I think it looks good. I think you'd look great with or without it, but I can understand your reason for wanting to wear it. I think your hair color is really nice, too...

The hair though, your hair is rather thin at the ends, and red head should always mean curls

A neck long bob with curls, no fringe, parted in the middle

Something like this for now until you can get it longer:

The make up is great, hun - and you dress real nicely. I don't think you need to worry about them.

If anything's going to give you away its the facial expressions, which are still pretty masculine: aggressive and challenging. Try to soften them a bit - make them more demure.

    Big hugs from me,

    Becky

Depends on the kind of woman hir is.
I'm cis-female but I've never had a demure look on my face in my lifetime.
I think hir expression is fierce!
If you're a demure person, then be demure
But if you are fierce, then don't change!

Err, well, Melody has high cheek bones, pointed chin and a small mouth in proportion to the face. Which are femine features

Theres all the nature vs nuture talk, , hormones during pregnancy ya ya. But in the end if shelooks hotter as a chic, well then why not

Your compliment made me smile and for that I thank you. I do want to state though, it isn't about what I look better as (I'm told I look handsome but idk) it is about what I feel comfortable as. I hate being a guy because in my heart I'm not one. I look at my gender as a birth defect, I just need my body to catch up with my heart

Exactly... a lot of trans people make a good looking person of whatever they were born as... but that doesn't mean they'll ever be comfortable in that body... and then the last thing they would want to hear is "what a waste" which I've had people say before... I could be the worlds ugliest man, but still be happier than if I was trying to live as a beautiful woman.

Melody, you're beautiful. I don't know much about makeup, though... or hair for that matter, but to me, your pictures look good.

My trans buddy was drop dead gorgeous man. Now she's a drop dead gorgeous woman.
    The gorgeous part never changed.

Yup you need more hair, a wig would help hide some of your more chissled features. I think some cheek blush strategically used, would also feminize your face.

check out youtube, boy to girl transformations, some really good tips there.
