Do you consider your weight for your height etc is normal / underweight / overweight ? I'm about 5 foot 6 , slim build but have a slight pot belly. I weigh 70 kg. I consider myself to be slightly overweight because of my pot belly. I don't drink alcohol much at all - maybe once or twice a year but I'm a big eater.
I'm 74 kg and slightly underweight at the moment. In the past I was always my ideal (or what I suppose is considered here with 'normal' ) bodyweight and sometimes slightly overweight.
My body weight is 70 kg & I know I'm slightly overweight. If I were about 60 - 65 kg, that would be better.
I am a normal, healthy weight for my size/body frame. I was 260+ at my heaviest, which was back around 2008-2009. I lost over 80 lbs in about 5-6 months in early 2012 (over 100 lbs. since 2009). Last year around this time I was close to 140, but in the last year I have gained about 30 lbs in muscle mass, so I usually fluctuate between 160-170 lbs. My height is approx. 5'9''. I would consider myself to be lean and fairly muscular, but not bulky or big. I would say I have an athletic build.
It's insane how much becoming overweight can distort the way someone looks! ^^^^ I lost 20 pounds one summer a few years back, and I can't believe the difference (I gained and lost if very quickly). Never mind 100 pounds. Good for you. Feels great, doesn't it? On BMI alone I would be considered underweight, and this is the weight that I've been at for the majority of my adult life. I have a very small frame, and that isn't taken into account through BMI. I'm happy with the way that I look right now.
Amazing job PR, good for you!! I am underweight at this time and have been for the last 5 years. I normally would weigh about 103-107 and I am just under 5'3. Five years ago I lost the weight due to treatments and was at about 83 pounds. It has taken this long to come back up to 97. It is a slow process but at least it is on the way up and another 5 or so pounds would be good. Working on that!
I'm about where I should be. It might fluctuate some depending on how much I'm working out but I've been fortunate to have never had any weight issues. And nice job, PR!
I'm on a bulking diet and I have overstepped my ideal bodyweight for my height (same as OP's) for the first time in about a decade. It feels really weird. I'm tired, heavy, and I feel reeeeeally strong. Emphasis on feel.
I wouldn't consider McDonald's to be a "wise choice" from a nutritional perspective. You can lose weight on just about any diet if you burn more calories than you take in, though I would say the calorie approach to dieting has many flaws. But that's a whole other issue. There have actually been several experiments where people have lost weight eating only McDonald's "food." I personally wouldn't recommend it, though.
According to just about every BMI calculator I've ever used online, I am just barely overweight. I know I could stand to lose about 15 lbs and I look best at about that weight, but I'm not unhappy with how I look at the moment. I've been working pretty hard lately, so I figure I'll be shedding some of that weight soon anyway.
I'm on the low end of normal. Until a couple of years ago I was always considered underweight, but I have a small frame so even when I was technically underweight I still looked proportional.

i don't really "consider" myself anything. i'm fine with my weight, but i would need to consult a physicians' chart to see if i'm really considered under, over, or perfect.
