I was just wondering for future knowledge why you need to take lets say 40mg of Oxy to get a buzz, and you only need 8mg of Dilly? Does this just mean that Hydromorphone is stronger then Oxys per milligram? or your body just need certain amounts of certain ones? Did i make sense?
i dont know what a dilly is but you must disolve the oxy to get high if you swallow it whole its just like taking a percocet ..the contin in oxy contin stands for continual..they are a slow release pill..if you crush or disolve first you get a full days drugs in one shot..you probably knew that but just in case...oxy contin is not a wise choice to begin with
its not morphine, but yeah you are right. Every drug has a different activity point, some are lower than others. Dilaudid is a lot more potent than oxycodone mg per mg.
^ this, and i hear hydromorphone isn't that good unless shot, which is unfortunate, although i still feel nice from shoving them in my nose.
honestly, for me personally, a lot of people prefer dilly[Dilaudid, Hydromorphone], but I've honestly never felt anything worth mentioning from it orally or intranasally. I'm really not sure why. But bioavability wise, opiod receptor effect, it's technically MUCH more potent than Oxy mg vs mg wise. honestly, if I'm correct, 8mg of Dilly is a shit ton to start with if you're still only on 40 mg OC. but I can't swear to it. but if we're talking OC, I've always at the very least chewed them up [with your front teeth, just to be specific for anyone that's never really chewed pharms up] hits faster/harder/lasts slightly shorter, but still very enjoyable day. Or I crush/snort them. They say you have to shoot Dilly to appreciate it, and I'm anti Needle.
