opera mini 3.0/bolt internet browser on netbook?

    i wanted just a basic netbook to IM, email and maybe surf the net sometimes. but i'm a fan of choosing my own programs. my question is: would opera mini 3.0 or bolt (general and blackberry version) work on windows CE 5.0 netbook?

    I use Crunchbang Linux on my netbook with the standard FF browser
