We had Law day and at our school there were 3 lawyers and a judge and we were allowed to ask anything. Long story short, for 30grams or less, the most they make you do is donate to a charity or community service, no actual charge. From what the Judge told me anyway.
thats awsome, i think cops are lenient in some parts of ontario about that. One time i got busted drinking at a park and the cop said it was obvious that if he searched us he would find pot so he let us off but we still had to dump the beer
In Hamilton I got busted by a cop for weed and they were bitchin about it and everything... I didn't end up getting charged, but we did get a ticket for the beer we had on us. And we had to pour it out.

Ya man, my buddy got caught with like 6 grams, and the cops told him to go home, they even gave it back to him. He was so high he had no idea how it happened.
