Only Living Organisms have a PH value. Change my mind.

    Uh, no. pH is the -log of the hydronium ion concentration. While there are organic acids and bases, such as carboxylic acids and primary amines, most are inorganic, such as sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid. A concentrated solution of the former would have a high pH; the later a low one.

    But yes, the pH of the oceans is falling as your chart indicates, spelling disaster for shellfish, for an acidic environment inhibits the formation calcium carbonate.

    actually only substances have pH value. organisms, and anything else, only derive pH value from the substances in them.

    this is very basic level stuff, of even what pH is.
