Is this a long way for you? Or is it more of that irony crap that I fail to understand? You're as bad as the British, their humor or 'piss-take' as they call it still gets my brain all twisted up :(

i suppose it would have been nicer to take some breaks and enjoy the scenery, but nonstop is probably better exercise.

I've done 8 mile hikes barefoot. I'm not really a barefooter per se but I've never invested in decent hiking shoes

Barefeet are the best hiking shoes.

LOL. Irish people are worse for that kind of thing, much worse. It's a culture thing I think.

Love that picture of the naked lady on the broomstick by the way.

My Mother's Irish and yeah I get what your saying, but I still don't get British humor. It's well known that I am easy to wind-up with a subtle joke :)

I'm sure I've walked more than five miles at a time on beach sand, the most abrasive walking surface I've ever found.

What part of Ireland is she from?

Well, not every Irish person even 'gets' Irish humour so that's okay! ;-):sunny:

Clonakilty, Co. Cork, a long way from the real world! I have a lot of family there, but most of them are a little strange TBH :mickey:

LOL - not at all like you so! ;-) I mean that in the nicest possible way!

I cycled through there last year, or was it the year before, hmmm.

Time seems to go quicker with every passing year.......:indian_chief:
