On Smoking

I confess I smoke. Sometimes three packs a day. Sometimes none a month.
Never get addicted. What about you?

 

So how come you smoke if you're not addicted?

Anyhoo.. I don't have an attitude towards smoking, I'm indifferent. Used to smoke, not anymore.

 

ive smoked regularly since i was 11.

i smoke and im against it. i hate it its pointless and it dont give you a buzz and its a waste of money and lungpower

i know a couple people in real life who were hardcore smokers, and then just stopped, out of the blue, and it didnt bother them much at all. i wish. i envy you fuckers

i try to be respectful to nonsmokers, but they should be a little more tolerant.

 

yes. i don't understand why they protest coz if i know they hate it i wont smoke in their faces. even so they think the smoke will fly a mile and comes to them

 

yeah, the people that are against smoking outside of doorways.. fuck them. that makes me wanna smoke in their faces. its cool not to soke IN the place

I smoke at work sometimes - its the only chance for a break lol

And I smoke when i've had a stressful day and when im drinking - I dont get up in the morning and light up a fag or anything like that - I dont smoke around people who have a problem with it or who cant understand it e.g pets, kids, old people!!!

I don't smoke. Several of my family members have asthma and fight to breathe on a regular basis.
My grandfather just died horribly of lung cancer in January. He smoked for probably 35 years before his heart attack ten years ago. My aunt has had a tumor surgically removed from her lung and continues to smoke.

I think smoking is a totally retarded thing to do.

 

cigarette smoke gives me a migraine.. i avoid it

 

I quit smoking, but it doesn't bother me if others do it. As long as they aren't anywhere near my kid when they do.

 

I quit 20 years ago. It no longer bothers me... a few of my friends smoke. Some times they bring up the topic of quitting and only then do I encourage them... otherwise I won't bring up the subject. When I'm around them I position myself so the smoke goes away from me- so there's no cause to complain.

 

yeah i hate them non smokers who will come up and sit right in the path of the smoke, then bitch about it.

I haven't smoked in almost a year....it isn't easy, cuz I still want cigarettes.....but now I found something better....

Addiciton mean that it has taken over your life and pushed everything to the side. He smokes 3 packs a day. You have to smoke 3 more packs a day to be John Wayne.
