spend away from home for school or work?

this would include commute times??

we spend a average of 10 hours a day gone from the house total..

of course we dont take lunch or breaks at work..

so how many hours away from home a day do you spend for yer obligation?

 

well i mostly work from home, so the answer is "not enough time"

Apart from that, I'm generally out at band practice Monday night, and out on the town one night per week, generally till dawn.

 

How many hours away from home? It varies. For the most part I would say an hour a day, but there are some days when it's more, some when it's less.

It depends

my commutes only 10 minutes, so that's no biggie.

I usually work 5.5 days a week and average about 50-55 hours total

 

Well my hour a day would actually be school related, since I take my son back and forth to school out of our district, and also, I do an hour of volunteer work once a week in my son's kindergarten class.

 

For me anywhere from 10 - 15 hours a day during the week.

 

about 8-10 hours a day solely from school and work obligations. other activities that are usually dance related take up about 6 hours a week on average. then there's partying, going out for coffee/lunch/dinner, taking walks or visiting other people. then time spent on the bus. i included that in the work/school obligations, but that alone must be a good 5 hours per week. on the weekends it's less... so yeah i basically am home to eat and sleep, upload pictures periodically or drop stuff off and pick up other stuff.

 

too damd few. believe it or not i'd rather be working then picking up after and babysitting a wife who'se disability pays the rent. and i don't get out of the house often enough for any other reason either. i used to walk a lot but shoes don't last forever and cost money to replace too.

i love my wife but i hate being stuck with sitting arround all the time with a purple passion. laugh and envy me all you like, but if i didn't get to feeling like i was going to colapse in a little pile when i don't get enough sleep i'd rather be out there busting my balls.

to be working or not to be working is one of those grass is always greener on the other side things, believe me, i HAVE seen both sides of that fence.

on an averege day id say about 7
on a friday im home only about 3 or 4 hours

 

Nine hours.

 

usually away from home seven hours a day. sometimes it is 12. sometimes it is none.

 

right now its pretty slow at work, so only 8 hours a day x 5, plus about an hour total driving day.

but when gets busy I've put 84 hour work weeks, it just abut kills me but the exra 2 grand per paycheck in overtime is worth it. its how i save up cash to go on vacation and what not.

shit actuallly more like 13 with commute-2 on the road, 8 at work , 30 min communiting to and from school, 2.5 at school

 

you just made me realize how badly i need a vacation . . ..ALmost spring ..

 

I spend alot of time away from home. of course for now i still live with my parents. my commute time to work doesnt take much out of my day, but my mom sure does bitch about me never spending time at the house.
