you can make a bong outta just about anything PVC piping works, my friends homemade bong (The Moose) cost him 2 dollars at an Ace hardware...although he did steal the other 15 dollars worth, but thats a diff story. you can make em outta gatorade bottles, gallon jugs, just about anything.
Old weed is straight, as long as it doesn't have mold (I couldn't tell you what to look far on the mold subject though, as I've never seen moldy weed). If it's really dry put something (fruit peel) in the bag to moisten it up (unless you like dry weed, w/e.) There are people that won't smoke "fresh" pot, only stuff that's been "cured" for some time.
