Old School. The first one completed..... <3

We are working on a studio project which includes various guest artists from around the world. There will be a complete CD, this is the first song we finished. Hubby on bass and also recording engineer, Tommy Hamrick wrote the tune and does all backing guitars, I wrote lyrics and on vocals and this one has Javier Vargas of the Vargas Blues Band from Spain on lead guitar.

Wondering. Does anyone actually listen to the music people post here?

 

The songs monotonous, the melodys not very compelling. Not much passion from the singer or the lead guitar, the song needs a bridge. Drum loops? The drums sounded mechanical.

Nothing stands out, the recording sounds two dimensional, flat.

Probably just me though. Thanks for sharing
