My dad is learning how to text! I am so proud of him. I wouldn't consider him old just yet...well-aged instead.
It's kind of odd how cool and hip is always judged in comparison to youth. Being young isn't really that cool. You don't really know anything (though you think you know everything, acne, feeling inadequate to portrayals of the media, feeling pressure to please parents, must look, act and appear a certain way even though one may not want to, caught up on lame trends, etc. I'd much rather be middle aged or older, not give a shit, and pity shit for brains youth who are headed for a dose reality in a few years.
good question!! some days i feel super old.. and other i feel like a kid.. soooo uuummm i guess "old" (according to this thread) would be someone that is technologically impaired. for example.. i know someone that is still using AOL and has no idea how to look up other websites or download anything.. basically that computer is used for playing solitaire and not the internet..
ahaha my boyfriend will be 50 this year.. poor thing is dreading it. he doesn't seem old to me.. maybe he will that day and after..
50 huh? well fuck me running...I been old for the last 15 years and too dumb to know it. Hell that explains a lot

I'm 57. But don't mess with me or I'll rap your knuckles with my cane...and install a virus on your computer that will track your Internet usage and display it in a Google ad.
Are you kidding man? 50 is not old. If one takes care of their mind and body 50 is no big deal. I've known a few 50 year olds who were in better physical shape and better frames of mind than many strung out 20 somethings I've known.
