according to the paper, that's anyone 18 and older. . i need three people to answer this, or i fail this part of my final. . the topic is the supposed voter fraud that supposedly took place during the voting for the Iraqi Constitution. with what you know about this subject, what is your opinion about the role of our government in its dealings with this subject? everyone can answer though, age is just relative! .
id help ya chuck--but i know very little about the fraud, and even less about what your guy's head honchos did about it
i know almost next to nothing about fraud, the government, and whats going on in iraq right now...but i will try my best... perhaps the government is messing with the votes, because they feel it will be better if they iraq had a president they could manipulate.
It is thought that there was no significant voter fraud. But the Sunni Arabs believe it will continue to divide Iraq and the violence most likely will not end.
i beleve the fraud is a cover up,just so thay can say"look we thaught ther was fraud, but it was just an error" Because no one is expecting the election to go over easy, and if ther wasent any problems someone ould say it was riged and that would take alot longer to fix. hope this wasint to confusing, i tryed to make it short
Since I didn't read this before today, I made up the answers. . Dave, you said that you believe the fraud was carried out by the CIA. Mary(fairy), you said that its very possible that there was no fraud and that the Sunnis lost simply because they are the minority. And Paul, you spouted off some crazy conspiracy theory and ended with "you can never trust the american government." Thanks you guys. .
if you ask me, the US gov't trying to control the gov't elections over there is like trying to "warm up" an ice-cube
I think the new Iraqi govt. is a puppet of the evil CIA burgoeise. I mean, Saddam might have been an evil genocidal maniac. But he was their maniac. Seriously though, three provinces was pretty lofty to begin with for the Sunnis to overcome, and especially after the outreaches of the new government to the Sunni's, it's not really surprising at all that it passed. I'm not saying there wasn't some fraud, because I've heard about it, it was never well substantiated, but we've been doing democracy for a while now and we still have fraud. Why shouldn't they have some fun too. Democracy is always kind of a sham. But it's the peoples sham. Let freedom ring.
It's not so much fraud that made it illegitimate - it was the boycotting by some segments of the population.
well consider that afghanistan has an americanized president now thanks to us.... I really think that the following logic would be that we also picked someone who is americanized to run iraq like we picked someone frenchified to run south vietnam......
Might I add, the greatest nation ever. Theres voter fraud in every election. It's not just an american affair.
