Nah it isn't like that come to think of it I think I used the wrong words to describe what it is. Security blanket doesn't sound right to fit exactly what I am talking about. My bad... I got to think of a new word or words.

I don't technically carry it but I just need it for me to be ok at sometimes. Like now I am having a rough time and It is finally passing. And I lasted almost a day without it and I think it is getting better.
