I saw atmosphere in concert they were awesome.

 

I like hiphop, just not some of the trash that's out today... not all of it is trash though.

I'm a de la soul, geto boys, NWA, and Public Enemy fan... I just think that music has more emotion and more of a message than the rap today. I mean the rappers today have cool beats and shit but how emotional can you get when you rap about material shit.

Atmosphere's good too, same with Kanye and Jay-z of course. There's plenty of good rap. Some of the biggest dudes just suck though.

i don't care for most mainstream rap, but i worked for usher for a bit, and was surrounded with lil jon beats and remixes.... i came to discover that those beats are incredible. lil jon can put together atrack like nobodys business.

i still dont like usher (especially after screwing me on my last paycheck) but lil jon gets props.

i asked you what was so underground about your underground gangsta rap list... 10 of them artists are far from underground... you couldnt even explain it... obviously you cant catagorize your damn music... nor know what "underground" obviously is

 

have you ever listened to andre nickatina? he is underground as you can get. He has sold over 5 c.d.s and has been in the game since 1990. He raps with brotha lynch, grouch, smoov-e(which is the guy who is in my sig) and equipto. he has hd the oppurtunity to go mainstream since his 2nd cd, but he has chossen NOT TO because that motherfucker will never sell out.peace

 

ok... 1 rapper out of what..... 16.... well i can give him a little more credit... theres about 4 more that are underground..... but come on..... Bone, Tupac, SPM... MC Eiht... Project Pat.... 3 6 mafia... ... prophet possie.... spice 1 and outlawz??? underground???? i think not
