I'm in NYC can't find anyone to hang out with anywhere... occasionally run accross some tourists, or cool street kids. but so far have just one friend would like meet some people, hang out, gather, do something cool. even just chill in a park, get fucked up and try to play frisbee or something. Anything at all........ So where are all the cool people..... there millions of people in this city.... where are the fun ones???????
There's no artist, bohema, hippie area in NY? Don't believe that. I'm not living there but in much smaller town in UK you can always find somebody who want have good fun. Just be open for new people that's one of my receipt. Good luck
I'll be on the corner of Jane Street and 8th Avenue 24 hours a day from thanksgiving until christmas--stop by and ask for henry.
Find hookah bars, regular bars, jazz clubs, art galleries, go to local concerts. The city is full of cool people, you just have to find them. You'll find lots of open minded artsy people, but everyone in the city is in a rush to get somewhere so it can be hard to meet people. Most likely if they're outside they're on their way to somewhere and wont have time to stop and chat.
