Jim has figured out how to stand up in his co-sleeper. He pulls up on the side until he's sitting and then from there he stands. I woke up and looked over and he was leaning over the side looking at himself in the mirror! And he rolls all over the dang place. Still can't crawl, but he will walk if you help him. On another note, does anybody know when his eyes will change? They are slate gray now and don't seem to be doing anything.
my oldest will be five next month, and her eyes are still the same slate gray they were when she was born (but my father also had that same color eyes). My eyes turned from green to hazel sometime around my sixth or seventh birthday. My youngest child has chameleon eyes that constantly change color. They were green at birth, sometimes blue, sometimes gray, sometimes green, and sometimes even a little bit hazel. In other words, there is absolutely no way to answer your question! About the standing up, try putting a mirror and some toys in there with him to keep him occupied. That worked with my children, whenever they were napping and I was not laying there with them. It might be time to ditch the cosleeper, bring him to bed with you and just put some pillows on the floor for when he falls out. All babies fall out of bed, you'll feel really bad about it, but it happens to all of us.
