    O megabus,

doyen of affordable inter city transport,
your rickety demeanour, rock bottom prices
    and ease of booking
bring equality to the leisure travel market

    even the poor
can have fun (on selected routes only)

    O double decker class champion
    O diesel powered chariot

    your budget excursions
    more than make up for
our lack of a cohesive integrated transport policy

I especially love how there is no room for luggage on the mega bus. I love been trapped at the back of the top deck behind aisles full of stacked luggage.

It was especially fun when on the way from London to Leeeds we all started to smell a really strong smell of petrol just before the driver stopped and screamed for us all to get off the bus (which took a hell of a long time)

Turned out it had leaked and caught fire the week before but they thought they had fixed the problem:$

It took ages to get off the bus with the ensuing panic. 2 hours stuck in the middle of nowhere waiting for another bus to come for us... hmmm

But I still use Megabus... cos they're so damn cheap:sunglasse £2.50 return! Bargain!

    Love Clairexxx

talkin about raggy buses - i just got back to manchester and we had a REEEEALLY nice megabus!! it was a big doubledecker coach with lights and places to put luggage, even had a toilet!! it was the 1pm to Glasgow, so i guess it had to be better than the ones we usually get! hehee.
