This was written by a friend of mine, but i always get a good laugh out of it....enjoy:)

Whenever i get down because i can't grow a beard
I go to the bathroom and look in the mirror
Tis` then i see that which gives me cheer
A strong row of man-haior in front of my ear.

Twas 23 fathoms and once score ago,
whence this hair on the side of my check didn't show.
"Til it was spring from within, Ahoy! Yonder it grows.
The Earth has been bless'd with their radiant grow.

Some say that sidewhiskers are something one earns.
Some think they are bought, others claim that they are learned
If you're outside the clan, then please just wait your turn.
Don't harm, dont hinder, and DONT diss the burns.

On a list of my heros General Burnside is one,
Or that dude in Jumanji...the one with the gun.
As my sideburns keep growing with each rising sun,
I'll be Chester A. Arthur by the time i'm done.

Only below the ear will my face hairs be chopped.
Only on occasion with these wonders be topped.
And eventually, with them, the floor with be mopped
For they are my pridejoy and we can't be stopped.

    Hark! the Harold whiskers sing!
Upon my face they reign as King.
From eye to trousers their triumph rings,
For i am an angel and these are my wings.
