No one over here really talks about Obama now.. anyway i was wondering.. all those people who live in the states.. do you come across people that you know/in your area that have racist slurs/are openly racist about the new president? I got the impression there was bound to be a lot of racism.. are you aware of it?

i've heard things, but not since the election.

BEFORE the elcetion i heard someone say "bush is fucking evil, but now our next president is either going to be a woman or a ******"

and also i heard someone's elderly father say things about him being a bad candidate because he's a closet muslim or some ridiculous shit

those were the only two instances, though, and both isolated incidents

Who cares about sporadic openly racist statements_.

Habitual, ordinary, everyday racism is all that matters.

I, actually, have come across many people who refer to the President Elect as a "******" (their words, not mine).
But, I just assume that's the result of social inbreeding here in the Southern Republic of Texas.

Here in MD I've heard both extremes. My former boss referred to him as "That ****** terrorist". Fuck that.

I don't think that too many people care about him being a ****** now that he's elected. He doesn't really act like one anyhow, so it's hard to make him the butt of many jokes.

But all in all, I don't associate with racist people, so I wouldn't know if they hate him because he's a ****** or not.
