Have you put the usual amount of research into this one Rat?

    I did actually.

So did you put the usual amount of research into this one? Are we going to hear the usual excuses later?

Why? The video speaks for itself. (Or rather OBAMA speaks for HIMSELF.) There is nothing to debunk.

Oh, I forgot, you're just up to your usual trolling.

He doesn't "admit" government will take over health care. He says exactly the opposite - he says he will not eliminate the private option.

If you think Matt Drudge made the video then you're the one who is mislead. Or you simply cannot read.

OK, maybe he didn't make it, but he's the one who put it on his web site like it was true.

From now on if I read a thread created by PR and it mentions "truth" in it...I'll take it there is very little truth involved.
Come on, Matt, what's up? Not feeling well?

Maybe it's not the lack of researching, too much can be a problem too.
I bet He Researched the shit out of it,till it was sore.;)

I watched the video and I'm wondering if I clicked on the wrong thread....

Obama was supposed to admit that the government is taking over health care, right? I was expecting some ultra-exclusive voyeur footage of Obama talkin backroom politics with some higher-ups.

    Totally misleading.

For me the key word is 'admits'. Rat picked up the habit of always using 'admits' instead of 'says' from back when he was an Infowars fan. Its one of Alex Jones' little rhetorical tricks.

How would you know that, unless of course you listen to Alex Jones yourself?

Because Alex Jones fanboys are always spreading the gospel at places like this?

Yeah, OK, I get that. But how do you know AJ says that? I can only assume that you're a closeted fan of his show.

I for one would be happy if private insurance corporations were eliminated, but that's not what is being legislated at the moment. What is being considered only mandates universal coverage and feeds the private insurance companies.

I for one want a single payer government overseen plan. One the voters control. But then Rat doesn't vote.

I'll keep my eye out for that.
I can pretty much tell when there isn't going to be a hell of a lot of truth involved, anyway.
I'm getting that cynical about him, I'm starting to just think he says a lot of things for shits and giggles and doesn't even try that hard to be credible.
I have noticed also when a conversation is somewhere he doesn't wish to go, he gets bored and rattles off his: Government is going to run every aspect of your life speech.

Oh well, such is life. I blame it on swine flu. That or an experimental vaccination programme. ;)
