So I'm graduating high school in June of 2010. Is there anyone that lives in the Oakland University region that could give me some guide lines? Maybe "Don't go here because blah blah blah" or "You should check out blah blah blah."
I dont go to school buddy sorry. but oakland is a great school know lots of people who go there. from oxford myself. work at trader joes right in that area though.
I live a half a mile from O.U. Its a great area and a great school. I've lived here my whole life. The area that the school is in is kinda a rich area, a lot of the local sports people (basketball and football) people live in the surrounding areas. I worked at sub shop across from O.U when I was 17 and a lot of them came in. The area is safe, lots of restaurants. Only a 30/40 minute drive to downtown Detroit. Right off the freeway. I like the area, lived here all my life, lots of nature, beware of the cops tho. Oakland County Sheriffs patrol the area and Auburn Hills PD. Aub Hills can be dicks! LOL anything else just message me I am very familar with the area.
