Numbing Condoms - Wife is allergic to lidocaine

Hello,
I am suffering from premature ejaculation and got some lidocaine numbing crème. it works good, but some of it got on my wife and it made her itch for a few weeks in her vagina. she read somethings and things she allergic to it because of the itch. I am wondering is there any kind of numbing product I can use that will wash off? When you use those condoms with the crème in them does it come into contact with the woman?

have you tried other technics to try to control things? it can't be fun for a wife to itch for a week.

There are plenty of technics to help control it and with time a lot of people can gain a lot of control.
