Heylo...well me and my friends wanted to go to a nude beach..but I was wondering, do you have to be 18 to go there? most of us are like 16-17, and well one of my friends is 18, but thats all. Also...is there a way 2 find out nude beaches in my area? I live in San jose, California..but I think there are some in Santa Cruz?? Ok thank you! :H
I can't help in regards to nude beaches in your area, but I'm guessing you don't have to be 18 to go to one. I went to a (partially) nude beach in Massachusetts, and no one was there to check ID.
Most public beaches (not private clubs and resorts) do not have any kind of age requirement. There might be a parking fee, but that's about it. In fact, it is worth mentioning that many nude beaches do not have any formal legal status - there is no law that formally makes nudity legal there, but police kind of look the other way. I am not very familiar with the beaches in your part of California, but a quick web search found this link that might be useful to you. Have fun! http://gocalifornia.about.com/cs/clothingoptional/a/nudebeach.htm
You can get the San Francisco Bay Guardian's guide to nude beaches online at http://www.sfbg.com/nudebeaches/index.html Send pictures. Right. You first, pal.
Does anyone know of a website or any info on Nude beaches in New Zealand, i'm really curious that's all.
It was in Martha's Vineyard. I can't remember the name of the beach, and where it was on the island, but I remember reading it was a partially nude beach. And I did see a woman naked there.
The most popular beach on Martha's Vineyard is Gay Head. The name comes from the multi-colored stripes in the bluffs above the beach--any memories of that kind of formation?
Yep, if it was Martha's Vineyard, it's Gay Head's Moshup Beach. Anywhere else my colleagues will, unfortunately, stick you with a ticket. Gay Head is presently named Aquinnah, and I have fond memories of it - but the memories are a few years old and I haven't had a chance to go by there last time I was on MW.
I always wanted to go to a c/o beach - there's nothing in my area that allows me to try to all natural in public, always wondered what it would be like. Please share your experience
i use to live in santa cruz and there is a couple designated spots kind of alitle past the light house near town, but only at certain morn hours and late evening hours. but who cares go nude anywhere quiet and not populated. im sure noone will call the cops just please be careful and dont talk to anyone suspitious and stick together, dont leave someone to follow
I've been to a few nude beaches, and generally speaking things are the same there, except that a little more skin is exposed. The large majority of people are there to enjoy the sand and the sun, and swim, play ball, and other traditional beach activities. In part because all of these activities seem normal and unexceptional, there isn't usually the sexually charged air you might imagine. Everybody looks a little, but as long as you don't stare everyone is cool about it. It's also worth mentioning that at least at the beaches I've been to (this may be different in some places) most people are not what you think of classic beauties, and mostly look like your dad or grandmother, with some younger people mixed in. On the whole, though, nude beaches are very pleasant and relaxing places. If you haven't gone swimming naked, you will be surprised by the feeling; the flow of water past you feels great.
Actually, I do remember, when I was in Martha's Vineyard, being on Gay Head's beach. It isn't the greatest beach I've been on - actually, it isn't a bad beach, but I didn't have the greatest time there. Mostly because when I went to the beach on Gay Head it wasn't the greatest of beach weather.
Go to netnude.com and ask about beaches in your area. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful! And no, you don't have to be 18.
