does it make you give out less rep the higher you get? Not less points, but less # of people you can give it to? I gave out 2 today, and I got the 24 hour message. :$

well, if you give out a rep at 6 pm, then one at 7pm....if you wait till 6:30 and give out more rep, you can run out of rep, but when 7pm comes along, you can give out one more point...each rep you give out takes a full 24 hrs to regen, its not like your full rep abilities need 24 hrs...i think it works per rep point
