Congress Enacts Hemp THC Products Ban — What the New Federal Restrictions Mean for the Industry

All THC products will be constrained to a fraction of the THC available now. Medical and recreational. In November 2026, new federal regulations will limit the total THC content in hemp-derived products to no more than 0.4 milligrams per container. This change will significantly impact many current products, potentially making them illegal if they exceed this threshold.

Are we fucked or what? We who need THC for pain, especially, are now forbidden from using kratom (illegal many states) and also marijuana (will be weaker than useless).

Meanwhile buprenorphine will be available from regular doctors. The goal of the USA is to make everyone hooked on cheapshit buprenorphine, and make quality pain relief impossible to afford. Periodt.

At 0.4mg, why bother? Maybe they will just sell a shitload of 0.4mg containers then.

They might as well reduce the dosage by "up to 1,000 percent" (or more)
