Not using toilet paper wastes a lot of water...

    since you have to wash ur drawers so much more often it wastes more water, laundry soap, and energy to dry them, plus money, but it does save paper. Maybe instead of toilet paper using a bandana would be better, and only wash it when it gets totally crusty ;)

    or one could simply use a composting toilet...no water to waste.
