I've never really liked The Rolling Stones. Their music has never done anything but annoy me. i realize my opinion is in the minority, but different tokes for different folks, as I like to say.

I never got it either except for a few songs... Nothing to ever get me to buy their albums. Once I heard (or read) Mick Jagger say "we play dance music"... It made sense to me, I don't dance, so correlation says "I don't like your music". I do like ragging on Keith though... You know, the walking dead guy.

getting rolled by the stones? yes they are real musicians. yes they can do other things then their 'trademark' style. (and do them well) and yes, i'm sorry, but its really not even among my favorites.

Mick Jagger has always annoyed me, though I confess to liking a handfull of their late 60's, early '70s tunes. Honky Tonk women, Jumpin' Jack flash, to name a few.
