No Satanist sub section?

Hey I used to come around here a couple years ago, but I don't remember any login stuff so I made a new one.

Anyway, i've recently read the Satanic Bible and i'm pretty much a Satanist now with a few differing beliefs. Such as I believe that there is a god, or some type of architect of the universe, but I definitely don't think he meddles in human affairs. Just the fact that the universe exists is proof that there is something that created it.

But yea, no Satanist section? I think that there would be some interesting discussions to be had since it is technically a religion with a solid belief system, and one of the main principles of Satanism is to question everything.

 

Seems only fair to me that their would be one.

Berghh. Please don't post Satan stuff in the Pagansim section.
Post it in the Christian section. Christians go hand in hand with that fella. Pagans not so much.
Besides.. Hades appears much more cooler and Hel.. Can't go wrong with an ice goddess.

But Satanism isn't really a Pagan religion. It might borrow a few Pagan symbols, but there's almost nothing Pagan about it. It's actually very similar to Buddhism.

 

Similar to Buddhism? Satanism is about building up the ego while Buddhism is about transcending it. They are on the complete opposite ends of a spectrum!

 

Don't actually know much about satanism, but I feel as though everyone should have a fair say on their beliefs. Maybe you'll get your satanist sub. The only question is do you want turkey, beef, or chicken on it?

there are many beliefs which do not have their own sub-section. as for why? i don't claim to know this for sure, but what i would highly imagine is that if there are more then two or three, of any (honest, constructive and positive) belief not yet represented, and SOMEONE IS WILLING TO MODERATE IT AND CAN BE RELIED UPON TO DO SO, such a person MIGHT contact the site owner(s)/admins offering to. and if such a person were to, i suspect they just MIGHT consider it.

there is no Baha'i subsection. there is no sikh sub section. there are, i am sure, many many others. but in order for there to be, there would have to be someone willing to moderate it, who could be relied upon and trusted to actually do so.

just a guess of course.

 

alot of ppl got the wrong idea on what satinisim is lol im not a worshiper of that but i mean...

its all lame sauce. Why cant ppl just be them selfs, do good for ppl when needed and not be a cancer to society? just live life

Respect to all but shouldnt Satan worship be seen as a christian heresy not a pagan religion seeing as most Pagans do not even believe satan exists and thereby a subsection shouldnt be put in the Pagan section but seperate from it ?

Satanism is just reverse Catholicism, so use the Christianity subforum and you'll be okay. Besides there's nothing more boring than a room full of satanists, and they drink all the punch and eat the chips five times faster, but add a few Christians and things get much livelier.

I vote send the Satanists to the Sanctuary subforum, it could use a good shake and stir.

 

I think you're overestimating the average satanist. It would be pointless, lame and a guarantee for some 'discussion' that has been held a million times before.

 

all of Christianity has been discussed and debated a million times before, but that doesn't seem to stop them yet.

Nobody needs to do such a thing And I think they got the Sanctuary subforum just to get a chance to discuss matters without people joining them just for a shake and stir
