Chocolate Chip Crispies yeilds 1 9x13" pan INGREDIENTS: 1 cup corn syrup 1 cup white sugar 1 1/2 cups peanut butter 8 cups crisp rice cereal 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips DIRECTIONS: Butter a 9x13 inch pan. Pour the sugar, syrup, and peanut butter into a large microwave bowl. Microwave on high until it begins to bubble, two to three minutes. Once the mixture is boiling, remove from the microwave oven, and stir in the cereal and chocolate chips until coated. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Wet hands, sling off the excess water, and press down the treats until smoothed. Let cool, and cut into squares.
Chow Mein Clusters - makes 2 dozen INGREDIENTS: 2 cups butterscotch chips 2 cups chow mein noodles 1 cup salted peanuts DIRECTIONS: In a double boiler over simmering water, melt the butterscotch morsels, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat, and stir in the chow mien noodles and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm.
Oatmeal No bake 1cup peanut butter 1/2 cup sugar 4Tbs butter if have any 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup chocolate surup 1cup to 2 cups depending how much oatmeal is needed microwave safe bowl cooky sheet with tin foil over it put in mircowave safe bowl first 4 ingredents . then cook hom high for a min at time . stir contence till completly mixed with a wooded spoon , coolk for another min. put in oatmeal and stir then cook for another min . pour contence out on to cooky sheet , flatten out till about 1/8 inch thick , put in freezer till hardened . about 2 hours for soild note you can also eat mix after cooled straight with out freezing it .
