I want to get them done, for those who have them done, how bad was the pain?

Mine healed quickly. I do have a warning. I had some blisters swell around the actually piercing hole. i went to my piercer a number of times about it. Finally we figured it's from a lymphnode that he punctured. Women naturally have "bumps" on their nipples, some are very tiny, others are noticeable. Make sure your pierces watches out for these. It's not very bad, just, annoying. AS far as pain, the actually piercing hurt like a bitch. After an hour it burned and the next day they were tender. Many say that they still hurt after a few months, however, after day 3 I had little to no pain.(I guess this is rare though!) Key fact, wear a loose, padded bra. No sports bra and nothing tight, just a lot of padding! It'll be your best friend. Also, get curved barbells instead of straight or rings! It help reduce the risk of migration! Hope this helps. If you want know more just send me a message!

with me, the pain was nowhere near as bad as i expected, and its generally regarded that its more painful for males.

however id disagree with the curved barbell comment, straight barbells will always be the suggestion id give. rings if thats the look youre after, but will be harder to heal

I have 2 bars in each nipple. The deeper they pierce the more it hurts my second lot hurt like a bitch theres not much they can do in the way of numbing that deep. Id suggest going for the straight bars as it looks nicer and its easier to find bars that dont look stupid. plus its easier for the piercer to do it if its a stright bar. As dixie says wear a loose padded bra it will ease the pain for you, they can be very tender for weeks afterwards. If you have a job in retail try to be really careful with things like deliveries. my boss threw boxes at my chest after she found out i had mine done and it was a nice feeling!! There are good advantages to having your nipples pierced though theres a good chance that the sensation will multiply once they are done... and its great lol

My nips were my first peircings, believe it or not!
It's a sharp burning sensation when it's actually peirced, but it's short
Be careful with clothing afterwards and for the following days
Mine healed great, but it's your nipples.....they're on your tits...you better make sure they heal well!
    Clean, clean, clean
