What's the worst nightmare you've had? Here's mine: I'm walking down a dark street as a child, lined with terrace houses on each side. They're empty and have no furniture or light, totally vacant, yet they seem as if people are staring out at me with curious eyes. I'm holding my Mother's hand and constantly looking up at her, asking questions like, "Where are we going, Mam?" She stares forward and ignores me. I can't see her face, but I know it's her from the way she softly holds my hand, and the way her short hair gently blows in the breeze. We get to the end of the street and turn right, into a small arcade-like area, then stop immediatly. I ask her: "Mam. Are you okay, Mam?" She turns to me, and her face is empty and shallow. Her face looks as if it had been carved out with a blunt object. I wake up screaming. :leaving: YOUR TURN!
My worst dream, Must be either when the sun exploded or when I dremt I was prince charles. THAT'S RIGHT! PRINCE FUCKIN' CHARLES
my worst nightmare involved me watching my baby brother hang for horse-thievery in new mexico, circa 1865. it was so real.
When I was little, I dreamt that the incredible hulk was chasing me down the road... I've never been the same since
I find that when I fall in a dream I suddenly wake up and jerk sharply. Once Taz was sleeping next to me, and my fist was clenched (as they often are when you sleep and your muscles tighten) and close to her face. I fell in my dream, jerked awake, and found that I'd inadvertantly punched her in the face. She was quite surprised!
dave does that. i keep a pillow between us when we're sleeping, especially since we have the baby in bed with us. when i was really little, i had a recurring nightmare that my barbie dolls were going to stab me in the eyes with their evil, stiff, pointy little plastic hands...i ended up just taking them apart and burying them in my back yard. never was a fan of dolls.
