Niacin is a vitamin called B3. It breaks down the fat cells were THC is stored. If I was you I would get some 350-500 mg of no flush niacin if you are getting drug tested.
I have to take a physical the 17th of may, and they test us during that, so, starting today if i don't smoke and take niacin and drink a shit load of water i should be clean right? How long does it take for niacin to clear your system?
It will take like a few hours for niacin to get it out. And just to let you know people always talk about drinking tons of water weeks before there test, well the best bet would be to only drink lots of water the day of the test. Weeks before wont do anything. Also think about exercising which burns away fat cells kinda like niacin. Dont wanna be a dick like others on the forums but if you do look a little bit you can find this exact information.

If you have till the 17th of may and you quit now you should be fine. Heres what you do Drink plenty of fluids. If you have been exercising, keep it up, if you haven't, don't make a sudden change but light exercise may help. The day of the test, take a few niacin pills( about 300-400 mg) and drink a LOT of water. basically as much as you can hold..... Like someone said they won't test for physicals unless you are a minor and your parents request. edit: the niacin does help burn fat but what it mainly does for drug test purposes, is make diluted piss look much yellower than it really is. this just deceives people into thinking your diluted piss is concentrated.
