Ariana Grande is unhurt.

There were approximately 21,000 people there. Mostly young people and their parents. I can imagine the horrible chaos.

Hmmm, it was also 4 years to the day when Lee Rigby was killed

Both events happened on the 22nd May

 

I just looked at some pictures of Lee Rigby. Such a friendly, harmless looking guy. I don't know why someone would single someone like him out to attack.

I also just read that his grave had recently been defaced

Terrible news.

Makes me think of the night a few years ago when I got handed a ticket to see Madonna at Murrayfield, and I walked in with a backpack stuffed full of a waterproof jacket and beer, and no-one searched me. I was planning on having a picnic outside and listening to it.

That wouldn't happen now.

 

Manchester suffered years ago with the IRA.. they rose from the ashes.
Give them time, they will again..

I was in Manchester when the Arndale bomb went off, about a mile from there on the 5th floor. Blew my window shut and woke me up.
