Hello, my wife and I are interested in beginning yoga. We absolutely have no experience in this nor know anyone that practices it. I’ve read some of the classes offered locally, such as Hatha, yin, and several others, and have no idea which is best for us. Our goals are similar in some aspects but different in others. We both want to be healthy overall but I also want to be somewhat more calmer, as I work in retail and it can be somewhat aggravating. Can anyone help us begin our journey?
