Newbie question

I've always been curious to try it and finally started by growing myself. Wondering if anyone can tell me if this is natural blue or bad mold? What happens if I try to uses them if it is mold?

That looks like bad mold.

 

I assumed, its my first time and while I was hoping for the best I kind of doubted I'd nail it the first time.

 

I am sure there are some threads for advice.
But don't risk that. NO WAY
