What are yours for the new year, I want to do a couple things like quit drinking exercise everyday recycle study more for school
Work on being more positive. Generally I find that while they're of the best intentions, new years resolutions are usually not very reasonable. This results in the person, upon seeing how woefully short they've come to meeting rather ambitious goals, gives up entirely. It's like so many I've known who decide they're going to get into shape... and in three weeks when they aren't all buff clones of John Basedow, or whoever the fitness guru du jour is, they drop it entirely.
getting back on my diet try to lose about 6-10 pounds work out everyday for about 40 50 mins try too take more walks outside really try hard at losing this weight cut out the sweets and chocolate
i came to find out that help for anxiety just meant more bullshit and more anxiety in the end... when i was fed up with my doctor trying new meds on me every other month.. i quit all my meds cold turkey.. it was not awesome for a month.. because i would break out in hives whenever i was anxious.. which never happened at all before i started random med therapy.. now it dont happen anymore... and i can control my anxiety a little better myself maybe read this book...
nice lil thread there... Yeah when I went into my doctor the last time... which was about a year ago.. i go "im not taking any of my meds anymore.. nothing you give me does a god damn thing" "well we could try this" "NO..I'm done with it all"... you'd think if your doctor felt these meds would help.. they would try to convince you of it.. but when they have no convincing evidence.. all they can do is sit there and agree with you.. which is what he did
Ugh!! Im literally tryin new meds every month also! Ive been gettin bad panic attacks and nothing is helping. I wish i could cut out my meds, but im afraid itll do more harm than help.
My doc used to have me trying new meds every other month. Id say stick with them until you find something that works. Its taken me about 3 years to find the right ones but id say it was worth it.
Im making a doctors appt next week to switch my meds once again. Its a bitch to do but whtever i guess

1. Exercise daily. 2. Start taking guitar seriously. 3. Try harder in school and settle for nothing less than the best I can do. First new years I'm actually 100% commited to my resolutions. Let's hope I follow through
