I just finished this wrap tonight. It's for my mother in law, for Christmas. The touque is one I made last week for my chrome-dome having husband.

The wrap is knit, with the dark blue edging in crochet. The touque is straight knit... the dark bit is actually a dark green with a dark brown on top, but the camera didn't pick the colour variation up.

I don't have a dressform.... but Buffy works well, and she doesn't seem to mind modeling for me. haha.

Yeah... I totally outed myself there, eh? Like, in case a few of you didn't already realize I am a bit of a nut, the 6 foot Buffy cutout might have been a give away, huh?

Oh well... lol. Glad you like them! The wrap is super soft mohair/angora blend.

Yes, your work is just beautiful. It's so nice of you to let Buffy use it, too. I imagine it's hard for her to stay warm on her own with no body fat to insulate her.

Dang it, now I want to knit. I guess I could pick up those socks I started.

Thanks guys. My hubby wouldn't model for me because the said the wrap didn't go with his eyes... haha, so Buffy filled in for me. I think she looks awesome too...lol. I am sure she will be modeling some more christmas-gift creations in the months to come!
