    The pineapple, coconut, banana loaves are in the oven.

    These are the test batch.

    I didn't get back the hand mixer I loaned my daughter so I had to mix by hand.

    Also, I didn't have any parchment paper so they may tear a bit coming out of the pans.

    I quadrupled the recipe so we will see how that goes.

    Like I said, these are a test batch.

    The loafs are done. Mine are a little dry. I had one less banana than I wanted and the eggs hubby bought were too small.

    If I was going to make them out of this world delicious, I'd get more pineapple juice, make more glaze, poke holes in the loaves and them pour the glaze on - lots of it!

    They aren't a bit too sweet.

    Don't be silly. i much appreciate the thought, though.....and I would eat the entire thing in one sitting...It looked that delicious....and it is best that I don;t have anything like that around....lol
