new to naturism-facing several problems. :(

hello all,
i m a 20 year old indian and i am trying to be a naturist, but there a few problems that i am facing. any help is appreciated.
The 1st problem is that being an Indian that has lived in a conservative family, being nude is not a very common thing for me. i get aroused as soon as i shed my clothes even when i am at home alone. even though i am open minded myself but my body does not support it. for last few days i have tried being naked as much as i can(roughly 6-7 hrs a day, when my parents are not home), this problem seemed to decrease but it is still there. now the erections i get being naked do not remain there more than a minute or 2, but they may happen a few times in that 6-7 hrs time. IS THIS NORMAL!!!! i do not think of sex yet i get these just because i m naked .
then there is a problem of precum. i precum a loooooooooot(even when i m not erect). as soon as i shed my clothes and start doing my regular stuff like watching tv, playing video games my friggin tool starts off in a waay different direction. anyone else has such problems? IF YES THEN PLEASE SUGGEST SOMETHING FOR THIS.
the last problem is that the thought of getting seen naked by a few people makes me kinda excited, no matter how i try not to think of it, my body again ditches me in this. anything which can be done to supress this thing because very soon i m thinking of join a naturist club. and i dont want to remain hardened all the time and get kicked out

 

I can assure you that this is universal for males your age.
It was certainly the same for me..
This simply means you are healthy and normal... enjoy being young and free!

I cannot offer advice for your desire to visit a nude resort.
I visit nude resorts as often as possible, but when I began doing so I was already into early middle-age.

This past summer I was at my favorite resort and there were several young men and women there, perhaps 28 years of age. I had to wonder how the men could be there without having an erection.. I know that I would have done so at their age.

When I was your age I took every opportunity to be nude, usually alone in a natural setting, and when I had an erection (usually!) I just enjoyed the sensation.

What you describe is totally understandable and largely due o the fact that for you (currently) there is a link with nudity and sexual activity. This is due to cultural and social attitudes. Many naturists start first in a spirit of daring and find sometimes unexpectedly that simply being naked brings a feel good sensation in its own right.

The disassociation with sex will come surprisingly quickly in a naturist environment (beach or resort) and erections when they do occur are generally easily disguised and short lived. On your own you will tend to be more consciously naked than relaxed and that can make an erection more likely. Try simply doing everyday activities but without clothes and pretty soon you could find that you are not so aware that you are naked.

Don't expect your innate mindset to change overnight, just don't think about it and it will happen eventually.

thank you all those who replied. I feel much more confident now. i searched for naturist groups and clubs nearby my location but cudn't find any.. Still for sure i will start being a home naturist for as much time as possible and hopefully get used to being naked.

This person is of course correct..

The true spirit of nudism is not sexual.
And in a nudist setting you will find that you can be nude among other nude people without it being a sexual experience.

Still, at your age, as you wrote erections come spontaneously, and again, that is a good thing as it simply means you are young and healthy.

At any nudist resort the rule is that you have a towel with you to sit on for hygiene. For that purpose you may want to have a larger towel, maybe beach-size, to fully cover a lounge chair, etc.
It is a good idea though to have a second towel so that when that inevitable erection occurs you have something to cover it.
For that I would have a smaller towel, something like a standard bath size. Select it to be a size and weight/thickness that will easily wrap around you and you can wear it around your waist if that should be necessary.

When you leave your chair or lounger to go for drinks, etc, even if you don't plan to sit, take that towel with you in case of the need to cover up.

The standard advice also is to take a plunge into the pool (which at your age may or may not work!) or just turn over onto your stomach and relax for a while.

You need not be embarrassed about frequent erections, and you should not be. Nudists at a nude resort will only be offended or bothered by your erection if you display it for all to see. That can result in the management asking you to leave.

You may also consider simply masturbating before arrival at the nude resort, if that appeals to you.
It may help, somewhat.

Trust me, if you live long enough there will come a time you will look back and wish you could again get such spontaneous, hard, long-lasting erections. Enjoy it while you can!

If you are in the eastern portion of the U.S. then I can suggest White Tail Resort in Virginia, and Empire Haven in New York state.
I encourage you to give it a try.. Spending time nude in a social setting is one of the most enjoyable things I know.
