Older man who has done a DayStar practice yoga at home the last twenty years. The greatest thing it has done for me is teaching me how to truly breathe. I take the pranayama breathing along with me on long strenuous hikes and have greater energy than I did in my twenties. The meditative aspects have given me the ability to turn off the stress and anxiety I have with PTSD. I know studies have shown vets with PTSD have greatly benefited from yoga. It's just getting the men to get over the macho thing they have in their perceptions. Anyway hello....namaste.
