As I'VE JUST SAID 3 TIMES NOW, DISCUSS THE SUBJECT OF THE THREAD. Can you not read? Or are you just here to flame and troll?

You try my patience, at 1:42 am.

Right. My opinion. This is more knee-jerk legislation being pushed through in a hurry because the government needs to be seen to be doing something. Personally, I don't think that anybody who commits or is involved in terrorist activities should be deported. That just let's them crawl back into the woodwork. Imprisonment is the only soloution. However, with real evidence, and fair trial. None of this "being held without charge" bullshit.

I'm sorry skip mate, but you should not be deleting anything unless it's offensive. I'm actuallly pretty pissed off with your little whitewashing spree.

Yes, being held with out charge - INDEFINITELY is completely inhumane and against International Law. But it seems our govts no longer have any respect for International law, so why should our enemies?

The actions of the UK & US governments in themselves justify violent response only to the degree that they inflict violence upon others. Eye for an eye is both equally part of Christian & Islamic traditions, and can only result in a downward spiral of ever increasing violence.

And this has been the case for millennia. Christians vs. Muslims

No, we can delete anything off topic, like this.

Both parties agreed to it, and you my friend are off topic again. Last warning.

International law has always been a joke. But then Islamic extremists blowing up civilians are no better than Israeli soldiers shooting children in Gaza. Provocation is no justification for wanton murder - on either side.

Well who do you think started this crusade?

These laws are a predictable by product of encroaching fascism in the name of fear.

Surely this is off the thread topic too?!

I don't want to see all muslims tarred with the same brush, but, it's about time they started helping themselves by ousting extremists from their ranks.

Also, as this is a thread discussing free speech/thought, I don't think that any of my previous posts were off topic.

"These laws are a predictable by product of encroaching fascism in the name of fear."

Basically, all these new laws mean one thing; we're becoming more like America.

"Surely this is off the thread topic too?! "

That's why I deleted the posts, until you started again.

Believe me, I have better things to do than cleanup peoples crap posts.

Just re-read your first post. Only foreigners are covered by this new law, not uk citizens.
That's fair enough I think. I don't know many native uk citizens who would bomb their own countrymen ( apart from the ALF :p)

I tried to resist but could not [Because i would be intrested in your response].. and i am going to choose my words carefully.

    Skip:

Do you think you are having a legitimate debate about religeons and other issues ?

Are you seeking to create fear, distrust and division in order to stir up terrorist activity ?

Do you think your POV is on par with extremist muslim clerics ?

Interestingly, it could be argued that our society has become so selfish that we're all facists at heart, believing that anything that doesn't concur with our own expectations is 'crap'. You could therefore argue that our right-wing governments are just an externalisation of our own insecurities and prejudices. Maybe we have to tackle our own inner demons before we can change our governments for the better? Do our governements make us, or do we make them?

Well that's for sure, you'd have a pretty low post count otherwise.
